[TEA] Untextured Plain Wall Paint

This wall paint is basically the same as the default plain wall paint in-game, but without the textured overlay on the surface that can sometimes cast a gray tint and make color matching difficult. It was designed to match the swatch colors as closely as possible. It has one color zone, and it's preloaded with the default "WallPaint" palette. This is not a default wall replacement; the default plain wall paint will still show up in the game. This wall can be matched with my diagonal transition wall paints, as well as most of the default walls. To load this wall with additional swatches, subscribe to my "Palette for Untextured Plain Wall Paint." (It's the swatch colors from my diagonal transitional wall paints.)
