[Stangalina] Tons O' Towels

Fourteen different variants of towels, eighteen if you count the empty rails, all 100% retexturable and recolourable. Now semi-obsolete because of the basegame towel update, but since you can't add patterns to the basegame towels I'll continue to maintain this mod. Honourable mention to GoodOldPebbles for finding the source of a little visual glitch on the hanging towels that was driving me nuts trying to fix! Thank you.
