What this mod adds
Summary: Fixes the Expert Flirt together card having 0% success chance
Detailes: The Expert Flirt together card has the success chance variable "None" and thus 0% success chance. This mod changes the variable to a separate "ExpertlyFlirt" variable which uses the base Flirt success chance (20) + a scaling charisma flirt modifier.
