Downtown Starter Townhouse

2 Bedroom 2 Bath Starter Townhouse. There is a second downstairs room that could easily be renovated into a 3 bedroom if needed. I had to use the edit town cheat to do the terrain in front of the stairs to get it to match all the way to the street. It was fine when I did this build, but my game corrupted once when I used this cheat to edit a community building once so make sure you have a duplicate copy of your save if you choose to use that cheat.
