What this mod adds
A cozy country farmhouse. 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 1 half bath.
*there is a weird glitch in the floor in the upstairs bathroom (at least in my game). no idea how to fix it without redoing the whole house, but it is still functional, i tested it.
