Cooper House REFURB

A Refurb of the Cooper House built over the train tracks. I have built it in a Tudor style and kept a slightly more traditional decor inside. The basement has a self-contained studio flat. I did at one point have this as a business space and when we get functional business' I will explore this option again. NOTE: I discovered you can build rooms under raised floors - which is where the living room is located. It is totally usable, but trying to get the camera into the space is not really gonna happen :( Perhaps in the future, I will fix this by splitting the basement into two actual floors instead of using a raised platform.
