Artist Family Studio [No Mods]

This cute house right in Town Square is a perfect place for any artist to sell their art as they raise their family. There are no mods and CC used in this build, making it very friendly for those who wish not download a bunch of mods they are not into. The house goes great with the Little Business mod. If you do not wish to use the Little Business mod, the first floor can easily be turned into a family activity room/living room.
