3 bedroom townhouse

The townhouse build between the pharmacy and another residence! It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It also has a roof terrace that has skill building items available! I have intentionally left the build mostly clutter free, just giving basics and a few extras to show the layout of the build, but leaving plenty up to you for your own creativity and to customize it to your para prefrence! I did not use any money cheats. All of this was achieved with starting money (including the purchase of the lot). My para was left with 1,459 paradimes remaining to give you an idea of cost. I also play tested the build! My para was able to access all bathroom essentials, every bed (other than the crib for the baby), as well as interact with the items available (including able to sit in every seat, aside from barstools). have fun!
