4 pump Gas Station!
complete with desecrated bathroom and wacky inflatable arm flailing tube men.
600M2 Lot size - currently on my custom map which I am still working on
* No CC/Mods - download some car packs for a more complete look
* play tested
*Be sure to paint Asphalt on ground as currently the game will not upload this!
