What this mod adds
Overhauls the interactions between dirty actions (cleaning items, using the toilet, mopping the floor) and hygiene actions so they're more logical. Ex. even a Neat Para will no longer wash their hands after using the toilet autonomously if they have "Take a shower" queued up right after.
