Shell Challeng - 1

Made for a Shell Challeng I struggled with the roof a bit, but i got it working, and not looking completely terrible. I put just basic coverings on the interior walls in the main and basement there are some interior walls but they can be deleted for your interior build. Overall this shell costs 18k so you can probably finish it off and decorate it on a reasonable starting household budget. This 2 level forest mountain home has been rebuilt, after a terrible landslide took out most of the main home. however the neighbors trendy loft style survived. The main floor has space for an open kitchen as well as access to the yard through the back. The basement is completely covered, without any windows you will need to add your own lighting. feel free to add as many interior walls as you would like with the exterior and roof as untouch as possible.
