Santa's Grotto

Santa's Grotto. 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom + walk in shower, 1 separate wc. No additional downloads required, no cc, no mods, base game only. Fits in the weird triangle lot near the general store, above the train tunnel. (St. Nick doesn't mind the train; he only stays there for the last week of Advent anyway.) Routing and functional items all tested and working. Minor issues: - paras will try to watch tv (in the main living room) from the desk chair, facing away. It still works fine, it just looks weird. - paras can go to the sub-basement floor fine, and move around freely down there, but will be unable to walk back upstairs from there unless you 'unstuck' them. I don't really know why or what to do about it, it could be because it's two floors under ground level?? - it costs almost 130k paradimes because of all the festive clutter lol. But Santa is magic and doesn't use currency anyway. Sexy Santa Para also available on my page.
