Rundown Beach House, with attatched greenhouse

A rundown 3 bed, 1 bedroom beach house. Minimal CC, it's in the required items. Comment if you have any issues. When I loaded the lot in another save, it did not copy the ground? Not sure how to fix that. I imagine two roommates looking for a third to split the rent.
