Para Bank Plus | Money Transfers & Mortgages (Patched)

Para Bank Plus (patched 14.08.2026) gives your household more financial freedom by combining ParaBank’s loan system with a new household money transfer feature. MORTGAGES (aka loans): Access Para Bank Plus directly from your Para’s phone and choose a loan from 10,000 P to 75,000 P. Repayments, including 2% interest, are automatically added to your Monday bank statement for six weeks. Each statement clearly shows the remaining balance and the number of weeks left. Once the loan is fully repaid, your household can apply for a new one. Because a mortgage loan typically lasts six weeks, this mod works best and feels more balanced when used with the “Normal” lifespan setting. MONEY TRANSFER: Para Bank Plus also allows you to transfer money between households by selecting an individual Para. This makes it easier to support family members and friends, share funds, or move money between households directly in-game. Simple, clear, and fully integrated into everyday Para life. Important: If you already have the previous ParaBank mod installed, please deactivate it before playing with ParaBankPlus to avoid conflicts or unexpected issues. The mod has been tested, but please let me know if you encounter any bugs! This download includes a interest bug fix: Bug fix: Weekly interest is now calculated correctly based on the remaining loan balance. As the mortgage balance decreases each week, the interest payable is reduced accordingly.
