[NO MODS] Quaint Houseboat on Empty Terrain

1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom. 2 Storey Houseboat placed on decorated empty terrain. Featuring a faux coral reef below, liferings for "safety" and a floating wooden dock for access to the mainland. It's a really small build compared to my others and can only fit one para. [KNOWN ISSUES] -If your para can't get onto the dock, replace the seperator with walls and a door. -Paras cannot sit on bench in lounge room downstairs. I believe this is an issue with the collumns I added to frame the benches. -Microwave is for some reason innaccessible? I tried slotting it to the cabinet but it didn't work still. Other than that, everything has been tested and works well for normal gameplay. Thumbnail edit by me <3
