Elven's Cozy Art Studio

Cozy art studio at the back of the lot. To use, bulldoze your lot, select this one from the Lot Library and place. Note that terrain doesn't get transferred, so you have to redo that. Lot Price in-game: $15,888, mostly because of the trees. You can use the cheat setmoney with the amount necessary to make the purchase. I replaced custom images I had in the original lot with in-game pictures or textures. You can use your own or your Para's paintings to decorate.
