Cottonwood Estate - My Blue Dream Home

Dream home material. This lot took me weeks to decorate. I pretty much curated and customized every texture and color possible. I wanted this home to feel elegant, fancy, and very custom with lots of trimwork and details. Tons of little custom pieces I built just from base game mechanics. Screenshots do not do it justice. I envision this estate to have been passed down through generations of para, but was just recently renovated professionally. I will probably add in a video tour at some point.
