Clinic Babies for Couples & Singles

This Family Planning mod lets your Paras have a genetically related baby through the Health Center without pregnancy. Choose to have a baby with a romantic partner, or, if your Para is single, with an anonymous donor. Same-sex couples are fully supported, and partner procedures make both Paras the baby’s parents. Anonymous town donors (only young adults till elders) contribute genetics only. Their identity stays hidden, relatives are excluded, and the active Para remains the baby’s only parent. The procedure costs 2,000 P. Your Para visits the Health Center, completes the procedure (approx. 90 in-game minutes), names the newborn, and returns home carrying the baby. The mod uses Paralives’ existing genetics, genealogy, naming, multiple-birth, and household systems. Twins and triplets are possible, and normal pregnancy and adoption gameplay remain unchanged.
