    Grants a 30% chance to increase movement speed when defeating enemies.

  • Tempo Theft II

    Grants a 40% chance to increase movement speed when defeating enemies.

  • Tempo Theft III

    Grants a 50% chance to increase movement speed when defeating enemies.

Enchantment book

The Tempo Theft enchantment book grants level I. The Enchantsmith (in Brave Haven, Howling Woods, Frozen Highlands and Rainy Plains) applies it to an item and upgrades it to level II and III as the Enchantsmith's level rises; the book is kept and can be used any number of times. Enchanting needs Echo Shards.
The Tempo Theft book drops in the loot of Deep Dark dungeons.
