Using an artifact grants the Artificing status, decreasing artifact cooldown while increasing artifact damage and soul gathering.

Levels

  • Artifact Amplifier I

    Artifact usage improves artifact cooldown and damage for 6 seconds.

  • Artifact Amplifier II

    Artifact usage improves artifact cooldown and damage for 7.5 seconds.

  • Artifact Amplifier III

    Artifact usage improves artifact cooldown and damage for 9 seconds.

Enchantment book

The Artifact Amplifier enchantment book grants level I. The Enchantsmith (in Brave Haven, Howling Woods, Frozen Highlands and Rainy Plains) applies it to an item and upgrades it to level II and III as the Enchantsmith's level rises; the book is kept and can be used any number of times. Enchanting needs Echo Shards.
