Sparkling & Prismana
/sparkling-and-prismana
Overview
Sparkling is a recolor with a glow, rolled at 1 in 20,000 on a wild spawn. Prismana is a separate form entry that 21 of the 224 Aniilog entries have. Neither one changes a stat, and an Aniimo can have both at once.

The rate is the same for every Aniimo in the Aniilog. Sparkelf is the one exception at 1 in 2,500, and it has no Aniilog entry of its own. Either way the game never shows you the number, just the name of the variant you got.
Ten of the twelve are family types, Sparkling Type I through Type X, and the game gives all ten the same entry text. The other two are the ones worth hunting. The game calls them hidden variants, and they are the only two its own table marks as rare.
| Variant | What the entry says |
|---|---|
| Hidden Sparkling variant that emits a special bright-toned sparkling effect. | |
| Hidden Sparkling variant that emits a special dark-toned sparkling effect. |
Only one thing in the game changes the rate itself. The Windchaser badge makes Sparkling and Umbral Aniimo appear 50% more often in Breezy Plains.
Two items shift the odds:
Prismana Form
Aniimo in Prismana Form cannot be sealed. They only appear during a Prismana Flow, which a region's Branch can trigger.
Every region has a Branch, and you level it up by infusing Lumin Amber. The infusion completes at 4:00 AM each day, a Branch holds up to three of them, and Nurture costs no stamina at that hour. The more Vein energy a region carries, the better the chance of a Flow.

Prismana Radiance
What a region's Branch shows at each stage.
| Stage | Energy needed | Vein energy | Flow chance |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 0 | Empty | Trace |
| 2 | 501 | Very Low | Low |
| 3 | 1,501 | Slight | Moderate |
| 4 | 3,001 | Abundant | High |
| 5 | 6,001 | Very High | Extremely High |
| 6 | 10,500 | Full | Guaranteed |
Once a Branch reaches Prismana Radiance you can change the weather in that region as well.
Each region also has its own badge ladder, and three rungs of it matter here. Bronze unlocks Nurture, Silver unlocks Ecological Intervention, which is the weather switch, and Gold unlocks Prismatic Resonance, which makes Prismatic Energy build up faster.
The Branch is not the only way in. Catching Aniimo in Idyll can trigger a Lucky Strike, which adds Prismatic Energy on the spot, and catching in bulk during an Aniimo Group Appearance can turn up a Prismana Form by itself.
Five items play into a Flow:
Offer this during Nurture. The gathered Prismana energy has a higher chance of attracting special hidden Prismana Aniimo.
A crystal infused with Prismana that immediately triggers a Prismana Flow event when absorbed by the Branch.
Ensures 100% inheritance of the specified parent’s Prismana Form during breeding.
Can be used on an Aniimo with unlocked Prismana Form in Breezy Plains to toggle it into its Prismana variant. Keeps the Aniimo’s Innate Potentials, traits, and personality.
Can be used in the Outpost Hatchinator. Guaranteed to hatch a Prismana Form Aniimo featured in the current Weekend Prayers event.
One per region
Each of the 14 regions has exactly one Prismana, and it always appears in the same spot. Only one at a time, and it does not come back once it is gone.
| Region | Prismana | Where it shows up |
|---|---|---|
| Nimbus Fields | On the grassland near the Bloom | |
| The Mistwoods | Not stated | |
| The Argent Strait | On the white beach of Argent Strait | |
| Blitzwood | Under the lightning storm in Blitzwood | |
| Sea of Flowers | In the collapsed ruins of the Sea of Flowers | |
| Tideblossom Coast | On the west side of Tideblossom Coast | |
| Russet Highlands | On the south side of Rainbow Woods | |
| Berylline Vale | At the edge of the Berylline Vale forest | |
| Echoback Landing | On the distant island of Echoback Landing | |
| Beast Fang Ridge | Under the giant tree at the westernmost side of Beast Fang Ridge | |
| Forest of Falling Stars | Under the star tree in the Forest of Falling Stars | |
| Driftwise Meadow | Northwest of the frozen lake in Driftwise Meadow | |
| Zephyrus Landbridge | At Scorched Rock of the Mysterious Island | |
| Rosetower Woods | In the snow mountains of Rosetower Woods |
What it changes
A Prismana Form looks different and nothing else. All 21 of them have the same HP, ATK, BREAK, both defenses and REGEN as the ordinary form they belong to.
Sparkling works the same way, and you cannot get one through evolution. The game spells that out in its own quiz: evolution makes an Aniimo stronger, but it will not turn one into a Sparkling.
Three routes get around the odds completely:
| Route | What the game says |
|---|---|
| Sparkling Cube | An Aniimo hatched with one is guaranteed to be Sparkling, and its Potential rating is at least Elite. 1,000 Sparkling Crystals buy one at an outpost vendor. |
| Hatching | An egg with powerful energy fluctuations and visible Sparkling light will definitely hatch a Sparkling Aniimo. |
| Breeding | A mutation can give the offspring new or enhanced potentials, or hatch a Sparkling outright. A Sparkling Stone forces the inheritance instead of leaving it to chance. |
Where to look
The map carries 94 Lumin Amber nodes for the Branch and 19 points marked Ultra-Rare Aniimo Spawns. Five Prismana have a pin of their own: Stellarys, Glynsera, Fenmane, Glacy, Pawney.
