The Brute Basilosaurus, an aquatic, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is a common sight across multiple maps.

With 100% base Melee Damage, the Brute Basilosaurus has respectable melee power. With 2,400 base Health, the Brute Basilosaurus is among the tougher creatures. Its base Stamina of 300 gives it moderate endurance. A base Weight of 700 means massive inventory space.

The Brute Basilosaurus is a wild creature that cannot be tamed through conventional methods. Breeding is via live birth rather than eggs, simplifying the process. Killing a wild Brute Basilosaurus yields 15 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.75 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
