Full console guide
Transmitter Floor. (no camera tilt when walking over it. Character walks down but it's only visually. The camera itself is perfectly aligned.)
Order to do :
-> Auto build until transmitter is placed -> pick up transmitter -> finish autobuild -> set all cellar to "never close" -> set them all to pin code 1111 -> go to digicode and do open with pincode -> place transmitter with template thend hit complete -> go to digicode and close with 1111

Console players (PlayStation, Xbox) can download and place this template directly in-game using the Template Hammer Importer mod.

Install the Mod
Open the in-game mod browser and search "Wikily" or "Template Hammer Importer".

Craft the Importer
Go into Singleplayer + Creative Mode and craft the Wikily Template Importer (1 Fiber).

Enter Template ID
Use the item, enter Template ID 1355 and the building index, then place it.
