One cycle recycles a batch from one input slot: a tenth of the item's stack size, rounded up, or the whole slot when it holds less. Scrap output is the item's base scrap times the efficiency divided by 50%. Every other crafting ingredient comes back at the efficiency share of its recipe amount.
