Descrição do mod
A complete renovation inside and out, with a fresh exterior, updated landscaping, flower boxes, new entry, and an upgraded outdoor patio.
Inside, the laundry moved from an awkward nook into a dedicated basement laundry room, while the kitchen received a more built-in look.
The staircase was opened up to the dining room with custom balustrades, and the living room now features a stone accent wall, built-in bookshelves, a modern stone fireplace, and a tucked-away bar.
The basement was completely transformed with a dedicated storage room for holiday decoration, a full home gym, and the former storage space converted into a large-screen TV & hobby room.
Green accents tie the whole home together.
