Wizards Observatory

This is easily my most ambitious Paralives build yet! This wizard's observatory has everything an arcane scholar could need: a grand library full of magic, a fully stocked apothecary perfect for making remedies and potions, and a magical observatory designed for studying the mysteries of the night sky! This Observatory is intended to replace the moon tower in the game!
