Wallpaper Tile & Stretch

Summary: Adds an option for wallpapers which automatically tile and stretch. As this is not a proper wallpaper they are listed with picture frames. Note: Needs to be moved to the local mods folder to work properly. Replace Images: The default wallpapers can be replaced in the images folder of the mod. Images should be 2048x2048 or else they will be too small or stretched. Tip: Hold the Alt button to turn off snapping.
