Vanilla-like Scruffy Facial Hair

Scruffy Facial hair/Beard adapted from the vanilla "short beard with mustache" There was a distinct lack of scruffier/ "neck beard lite" type facial styles in the base game, so here's a shoddy attempt at it. Made on my laptop in 5 minutes whilst SO was hogging my main rig, so excuse the less than stellar execution
