Includes functional: full (but small) kitchen with microwave, shower (both indoor and outdoor) and toilet, single bed, tv, wardrobe above bed, bookcase, and laptop and dining table for one. *Note: if house is floating upon placing onto lot, click shift button and bring down house in "move lot" mode to bring down to ground level. If house hovers above ground, bring up the terrain.
