Starter Home - 1 bed, 1 bath

This is a starter home on that weird small lot near the train track tunnel! The intention is that the inside of the home was redone and made a bit nicer but the outside might be a little older and in need of some landscape TLC. Disclaimer: in my file here, I messed with the terrian tools and it caused some problems for me. Specifically the outdoor patio area that has the grill and table. Its mostly decorative, but my para continuinally walked through the half wall when going home from any where in town if she went by foot. This isn't game breaking, but it does happen. I can't wait to see if the devs put in proper deck tools in the future. If you place this house on the lot without terrain manipulation, please let me know how it goes! I used zero money cheats. With a single para's starting budget of 30,000 paradimes, I had about 3,800 left over. I did use some nicer appliances and furniture since the scale of the home was small. This build is playtested! The bed, appliances, and bathroom items all work in its current state.
