(Starter) Corner Townhouse

This is probably my favorite starter townhouse I've made, fit for 1-2 paras and under 30,000 paradimes. An upper floor apartment, perfect for starting off immediately after bulldozing your starting lot. Ideal for any gameplay style, from short apartment stints to growing into the lower floors of the home. No needed commands, and fully vanilla. Should be placed where the red-brick apartment is, on the corner near the hospital and the castle. Enjoy this beautiful starter/forever home I had fun making. Will definitely make more of these, as I prefer to not build lower density residential homes. Stay tuned :)
