[Stangalina] Tons O' Towels

Fourteen different variants of towels, eighteen if you count the empty rails, all 100% retexturable and recolourable. Now semi-obsolete because of the basegame towel update, but since you can't apply patterns to the basegame towels I will continue to bug fix and optimise this mod. Honourable mention to GoodOldPebbles for finding the source of a little visual glitch on the hanging towels that was driving me nuts trying to fix! Thank you.
