What this mod adds
traditional california spanish-style home! 2bed/1.5bath with an office, laundry, outdoor kitchen and custom kitchen tiles! windows on the curve are purely for decoration and don't come through to the inside for now.
uses custom carpet, celestial objects, and zombie's gardening clutter mods.
