Melino Community Center, Library, Gym

This uses a number of mods for activities and enhancements overall. I do recommend downloading all of them. This lot includes: a playground, a pool, a workout area, a basketball court, a climbing area, library including children's spaces - visitation rooms - nursing mom's area, tech and stem space, splash zone, ball pit, ice cream shop is parked outside, and there are cars from my favorite mod for that which allow you to travel.
