Mediterranean townhouse with rooftop terrace

I built a small townhouse with a beautiful garden like rooftop terrace, inspired by mediterranean houses! Starting from the bottom floor, the house includes: - an open-concept room, combining entryway, coat closet, living room, dining room and kitchen - a small storage room that also serves as a laundry room and pantry - an open workspace with a desk, a music/hobby corner, a fireplace and a reading corner - a small balcony facing the street - a small bathroom with a walk-in shower - an open bedroom with an art/hobby corner - a walk-in closet - a rooftop terrace with a grill, seating area and lots of flowers - decorated roofs, which unfortunately are not accessible It measures 64 square meters and costs 76.821 fully furnished. Before you place the lot, I’d recommend clearing it out in build mode. I’ve used several mods, which should be listed on the right. If you want to use all the items shown in the photos (such as the cute cats or all the flower pots), you should download them first. I can really recommend all of them! I’ve also uploaded many patterns and images to the game myself, including most of the carpets and cushions and some paintings, which unfortunately can't be included in the download. However, you can use this feature yourself by using pictures that suit your taste or resemble my patterns. All you have to do is klick the + button at the end of the listet pictures in the game and add your own pictures directly from your computer.
