Master classes rabbit holes

Attend master classes to improve your skills in different lots in town (kind of like in sims 3). Includes surgery and biology skills, that are now impossible to learn without work perk. Learning speed has a boost at master classes. After master class there is a chance to become inspired or stressed. Sometimes there will be articles about lessons in the newspaper. For now I only found a way to add interactions to a lot types, not spesific lots, so some skills can be learned in different lots of the same type (for example, you can learn surgery at the farmacy, not only the hospital, which is a bit unrealistic).
