Funk-le's Beach Cottage

I had a lot of fun with this build I kept the place as small as posible and I stayed to the most basic of items. My para has lived in this house through their young adult phase and when she has a kid I am going to try to expand. But it works as a great cheap starter home for anyone to quickly start with one or 2 cramped paras. As I designed the living room is where the story of the house really started to unfold and i'm weaving it into my house-hold save. Author notes - There is no CC on this lot as is. - add bathroom sink and microwave/toaster lots of space. In my later years I used most of my time to redo the exterior to something more 'modern', the roof doesn't leak anymore in fact it should hold out for another 80 years! The neighbors should have moved out most of my junk and redone the bedroom for you. There is space for a double bed,but... little else... This little space was my most valued treasure. This home is where I wrote all my greatest hits, I laughed until I cried with friends, and drew lines between the stars. Now it's your's do what you need to for updates, but make sure to remember, you'll find life in the distractions, friends are always closer then you think, and stay curious about what could be between the stars!
