Flooded Town - No Mods, Vanilla

Flooded Town Are you interested in an apocalypse playthrough? Maybe you want your next save file to have a different vibe? Well surely a flooded town is something new. Have fun adding this water to your map. With this lot, you can flood the majority of the town. Download lot onto 325 Mountain Scarf Drive. No mods required, only uses one item in the debug category. Note, this is not a mod, just a debug item. The entire town is still functional, and you can still enter/interact with every building. If your camera is placed under water-level, it all functions normally. All NPC characters are still present and will continue as normal.
