I've tested it before, so it should be fine and shouldn't have any floating or sinking issues. However, I later raised the entire house with a foundation platform, which seems to have shifted the height a bit. But luckily, there's a way to fix it. 2.If you're building it yourself, for the rounded corner floor trim, you'll need to create the platform first before placing them. For the floor color, select the second option under the carpet category. Then copy the color code of the rounded corner floor trim strips so that the floor and the trim strips are exactly the same color — this way, they'll look like one seamless piece. This MOD includes two rounded corner floor trim pieces, and they have a slight height difference, so you can try both when placing them to see which works best.
