Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with a set of lanterns for your game: Water Lanterns – two lanterns that float on the water's surface Sky Lanterns – Kongming lanterns that drift into the sky How to place lanterns on town lots. Press Ctrl + Shift + C, then enter the cheat TOGGLEEDITTOWN to enable item placement on town lots. You can find them under the Lights or Decorations category.
