Mod description

What this mod adds

This lot is 1, 180 Paradimes. House is 28, 650 Paradimes. If you start out your household with 30, 000 Paradimes you will have 350 left after you purchase this house and lot. This house is a workshop 'starter' version of my gameplay house I built for Tara Jade, I shared in Beautiful builds channel on Discord. There is no CC or mods required for this house. The cliff is hidden with a very small room in the basement with the floor raised up to block the intersecting cliff. I also added some rocks to blend the cliff in with the landscape and some are intersecting in the room with the raised floor. These can be deleted if you don't want them or want extra funds back. Just lower the floor to view and remove the ones you cannot grab from the exterior. This house was built with a basement by moving the lot into the ground and using regular walls/floors and no platforms, with the exception of the one in the basement room. This lot should place perfectly as is, and all you need to do is paint the terrain. The difference between this no cc starter version and my gameplay version are: Vertical Wall Slat Wall kit - tinypapa Tree Shelf - Paralena Forest Friends Nursery - Possum1466 (installed as per instructions by creator) Also added base game Pergola to the deck and matched it to the fence in my gameplay version, and other decor, items from basegame that were removed in this version for cost. My gameplay version was created for Tara Jade NPC who is very gloomy but has the vibe of black/red in her clothes. I used colours that I felt reflected her personality, but warmed them up with the cc vertical slats (these are not included or required in this starter version). I also wanted to build her an oasis garden she can retreat to when sad and just wants to paint. Notes: The basement stairs in the default snapping location tend to leave a gap cut out near the half wall upstairs. To fix this: From the basement level, carefully move the stairs into the joining bathroom wall half way into the wall and it should remove the gap between the cut out and the half wall upstairs. I use the alt with the move until no gap is showing and the upper floor cuts out properly. I included a screenshot of where I alt moved the stairs into the wall to close the gap. I also included a screenshot of what it should look like when you slightly adjust the stairs, as well as the default snapping placement that adds the gap. Colours I mainly used: Wood tones/ceiling/interior molding to match the ceiling/the exterior wood tone and the colour I used with the vertical slats cc (in my gameplay version) - 5E3C2E Basic black - 303030 Red tone in downstairs carpet - taken from one of the tones in the red trees - 570B17 Interior Doors - grey 4E4E4E Child's bedroom - 45584D to match the Forest Friends Nursery picture used against the full wall. (This was CC I used in my gameplay version and not in this starter version.)
