A row starting with "One of" is met by any one of the upgrades it names, so its price is not in the total.
How the costs add up
Collector Uplink is owned from the start, so upgrades that need only Collector Uplink can be bought right away.
Supplier Network takes 5% per level off tools and container upgrades: the price times (1 - 0.05 x level), rounded to the cent. Upgrade matrix nodes and suit gear keep their full price.
Buying Supplier Network in the list lowers the price of the tools and containers after it in the list.
Dust Compactor needs any one container upgrade. Every other upgrade needs all the upgrades listed for it.
Container upgrades multiply their tool's container by x2, x4, x8 at levels I, II, III.
