Day and night rules
| Rule | Fact |
|---|---|
| Sun path | The Sun moves on a great circle, so every place on the Moon, every station included, has the Sun up for half the cycle. |
| Crews | The whole crew shares the host's clock, so everyone has the same time of day. |
| Bunks | Lying in a bunk does not skip the night: the Moon keeps turning. |
| Solar panels | Full output with the Sun up, fading out over a narrow band as it crosses the horizon. |
| Light at night | The helmet lamp and the night vision goggles light the way; both use the same key (Controls). |
