Use the raising calculator to plan food requirements for raising Revenant Pteranodon babies through all three growth stages. The Baby phase (0–10%) takes ~222 minutes and is the most hands-on, requiring direct feeding or a Maewing.
The multiplier feature helps plan large-scale Revenant Pteranodon raises by totaling food across all babies. Consider food spoilage when choosing what to feed: Kibble lasts days, while Raw Meat spoils in minutes.

During the Baby phase (0-10%), you must hand-feed or use a Maewing to nurse. From Juvenile (10%+), dinos can eat from a Feeding Trough on their own. Use Preserving Salt in troughs to double spoil times.
Breeding the Revenant Pteranodon produces fertilized eggs that require careful temperature control. Incubation temperature must stay between 29°C and 32°C - use Air Conditioners, Standing Torches, or Dimetrodons to maintain the range. At the correct temperature, the egg hatches in approximately 1 hour and 39 minutes.
The baby Revenant Pteranodon takes approximately 1 day and 13 hours to fully mature at default rates - slowly. The most labor-intensive part is the baby phase (0–10% maturation) when it can't use a Feeding Trough yet.
Each baby inherits stats from both parents with a chance of mutation - +2 wild levels to a random stat plus a color change. Use the breeding calculator to plan food requirements, incubation timers, and maturation phases.
Raising a baby Revenant Pteranodon involves three maturation phases: Baby (0–10%) lasts ~222 min and requires constant hand-feeding. Juvenile (10–50%) spans ~15h - it can eat from a Trough now. Adolescent (50–100%) takes ~19h - continues eating from troughs, nearly fully grown.
Don't skip imprinting - each successful imprint boosts the Revenant Pteranodon's stats, and hitting 100% grants a 30% combat bonus when the imprinter rides it. Imprint requests include cuddling, walks, and specific kibble - check the wiki for which kibble to stockpile.
The Revenant Pteranodon, a flying, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is well-known across multiple maps. It falls within the Variant classification.
With 100% base Melee Damage, the Revenant Pteranodon has respectable melee power. Starting at 210 Health, it's not particularly tanky. Its base Stamina of 150 gives it decent staying power. Weight capacity starts at 120, giving it average weight tolerance.
The Revenant Pteranodon cannot be tamed and must be dealt with through combat or avoidance. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 29°C and 32°C. Killing a wild Revenant Pteranodon yields 3 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.79 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
