Phoenix is a flying minerals in ARK: Survival Ascended, is a versatile flyer useful for scouting, traversal, and light transport. Tamed via passive taming (Flame Arrow (200% Damage Bow) is the optimal food), this minerals enters service with 324 base Weight, providing a solid weight pool. Breeding pairs lay fertilized eggs requiring 80°C–90°C incubation, after which juveniles reach adulthood over a lengthy period. Once tamed it harvests Hide, Raw Meat more efficiently than most player tools. Players target Phoenix once they need a reliable workhorse beyond the starter mounts.
Found across 6 maps in mountains, cliffsides, and elevated terrain. Green zones have the highest spawn density. Each species has a population cap per area, so wiping out other creatures nearby can trigger new Phoenix spawns.
