Fenice Abilities

Found throughout the ARKs, the Fenice is a tamable, flying, minerals creature in ARK: Survival Ascended. It falls within the Flyer classification.

Stamina sits at 352 base, providing solid stamina reserves. With 100% base Melee Damage, the Fenice has respectable melee power. The Fenice has 640 base Health - impressively tough. Weight capacity starts at 324, giving it good carrying capacity.

Taming the Fenice doesn't require unconsciousness. Instead, sneak up to it and hand-feed its preferred food. Its preferred food is Flame Arrow (200% Damage Bow).

After taming, the Fenice works well as a reconnaissance mount, offering fast travel and a bird's-eye view of the terrain. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 80°C and 90°C. A wild Fenice is worth 3 base experience when killed. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.82 Element plus 0.04 Element per level.
