You'll need to knock the Archaeopteryx unconscious before taming it. Tranquilizers are the standard approach. Feed it Simple Kibble for the fastest tame and highest effectiveness bonus.

Once tamed, the Archaeopteryx is primarily used for resource harvesting, excelling at gathering specific materials. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 16°C and 20°C.
