Parameters!

Introducing the new measurement unit, the parameter! One parameter (pm) is equal to half a meter, and the grid has been halved to match. Holding shift will halve it again, making it a quarter-meter (half a parameter).

The parametric system was developed because I wanted a smaller grid (and the other mod wasn't working for me), and "parameter" was too perfect NOT to make a mod! :P But I also wanted "set 1x1m grid aligned with this wall" to still make a grid mine is on, so half worked out perfectly!
