Apartment + Tattoo Parlor

Apartment unit with a Tattoo Parlor with an optional tiny shell challenge on the second floor. Walls must remain the same externally (and window and door placement), but the internals can be edited however you please. I have made a "beggining-to-be-made" bathroom in there if you need a starter point.
