Parafolk for ninja bay's beachhouse :)

Adelia came from her cold country many years ago. She used to work as a realstate agent, bought the beach house for the summer days, but she ended up moving here with her exhusband. Then she divorced, earned enough money and now she's single and enjoying life. She keeps the house with a neutral coastal style because she travels a lot and she use her place as a vacation rental for others when she's away. She's very private and not very friendly (until she is), but she's getting softer thanks to the warmer and salty weather.
